Tell us about the journey
Share the pickup, destination, preferred timing, and anything we should know about your dog.
We plan every detail
We review the route, timing, transport option, and your dog’s individual needs before confirming the trip.
We prepare around your dog
Feeding, medication, routine, comfort preferences, and handoff details are discussed before departure.
Stay connected along the way
Photo and video updates keep you connected from pickup through the final handoff.
What to have ready
- The pickup and drop-off addresses
- Your dog's name, breed, sex and age
- How your dog behaves: whether it is anxious, shy, or aggressive toward other dogs or people
How the price is set
Every trip is priced by the distance of its route. Send us the pickup and drop-off addresses and we will come back with a quote.
Good to know
How often do you stop during long-distance trips?
We plan comfort stops about every 3 hours for a walk, fresh water, and bathroom needs.
Can you follow my dog’s feeding or medication schedule?
Yes. Owner-provided feeding and medication schedules can be followed when the instructions are provided and agreed before departure.
Will I receive photo and video updates?
Yes. We provide photo and video updates throughout the journey so you can stay connected and see how your dog is doing.
Can you accommodate special care needs?
Yes. We can work with many feeding, medication, mobility, and routine needs, as long as the journey can be planned comfortably and safely for your dog.
